Have you ever wanted to run a quick survey during an online meeting or presentation?
You can! You can either embed or create a new MS Form in your PowerPoint presentation. And while you're presenting, your audience can scan the QR code direct from a slide...and complete your short survey / quiz.

My instinct is an absolute and resounding NO. Communications should be strategic and support a business plan, goals, mission and vision.
My freelance services* will not fix a broad issue with communication in a business...
They can, however, support your overall strategy and reinforce your brand and your message.
By way of example:
Let's start with PowerPoint - you want to gather employees for an end-of-FY-review. Throw me the basic outline of slides, the messages, the facts - and I will deliver an on-brand and engaging pack (with speaker notes where required).
You and your team have written a strategy document - I can take it from dull to exciting, drawing the reader in.
Your need to share a user journey (employee or customer) - but you want to take it from a flow-chart to something that's easier for a wider audience to understand - so they can better visualise the impacts and changes.
Or perhaps you want to increase awareness and use of MS 365 collaborative tools and you want branded quick-reference guides, or training materials. Or you're installing new systems (CRM for example), and you need someone to build your user guides. Again...I can help.
Think of my services as a resource you can call upon when your own team are maxed out. Or you're a small business and you don't have the skills internally to produce professional communication material - for your clients, customers and employees.
Remember - if you're trying to fix a lack of overall communication within an organisation:
A monthly newsletter to employees will not fix a lack of comms - not in its own. Nor will a one-off meeting with beautiful slides.
Both do, of course, have their place - as part of a comprehensive communications campaign.
Every employee is different and likes to engage in their own way - whether it's catching up on the employee intranet with their coffee at the start of the day, or those essential face-to-face meetings with their team leads, or even a quick browse of their favourite Yammer sites.
Communicate, communicate, communicate. And keep communicating. Using all the channels available. But here's the rub...don't over-communicate (especially via email - there's nothing worse than an overloaded inbox).
Make sure comms are timely, targeted and meaningful.
*If you have a broader communication issue to fix you may want to talk to me about my contract services - I can work with you on a longer-term basis to build and deliver a strategy and plan to move you forward.
